Right now, our world is going through a large upheaval of change, and having a positive mindset is a must! With something as stressful as the “coronavirus,” the Universe is asking us to look within. And as we all contribute to the large change that is beginning to unfold in our world, the way we think and feel are going to play huge roles in how we carry forward in our day-to-day realities.
The idea of having a positive mind is one that has been touched on for centuries. But, it is still a trait that we are all continuously learning to accomplish. Having a positive mindset may be an easy thing to learn, but it may also serve as a stressful task to keep up with on a day-to-day basis. A lot of us fall into a pattern of thinking negatively because it’s easy and it is what we know. But, luckily, the coronavirus can help us all learn how to reach beyond negativity to touch the light of positivity in all situations that occur throughout our lives.
We’re all in this together as a worldly community, and we can achieve the impossible by relying on the positive affirmations of love as we move into a new and changing world.
Here are five awesome tips for practicing a positive mindset during this time of change in our beautiful world.
The coronavirus is creating pain, fear, stress, and anxiety in all of us. Whether we are watching the media or feeling symptoms of dis-ease in our own bodies, the coronavirus is influencing how we are choosing to approach our realities. During this time, it is important for each and every one of us to connect with the truth that we stand and live by wholeheartedly. Whether it is a belief we inherited from our parents or a truth we have learned throughout our human experience thus far, having a positive mindset starts by listening to our hearts rather than the chaos that is ensuing around us.
What do you believe in? Where are you investing your energy at this time?
Pull your energy back into your heart, your mind, and your body, and let your own Highest Self speak to you. Our mindset can act as a conduit for how we approach our health, wellness, and thinking with ease.
We are on the brink of an unknown time, and our emotional, physical, and mental selves are growing in awareness. As you go through each day, allow your feelings to talk with you. Having a positive mind starts with honesty because when we are honest with our own selves, we can let our emotions guide us. If you are feeling fear, anxiety, or even anger, allow yourself to feel your feelings. Ask your feelings to give you a truth about what is going on within you.
Are there old emotions that need to be released? How do you feel about these changes that are occurring? Are you afraid of the virus?
As much as we are birthing a new world, we are also birthing new change and change starts within ourselves. The world is asking each one of us to look at how we live our lives, so we may begin to build a new world together. Building a new world starts with our own individual realities, and how we feel about our own lives will carry over into how we feel about the collective consciousness as a whole.
If there is one thing to focus on beyond honesty, it is trust. We are all spiritual beings that naturally emanate positivity and light, and our own light has the power to intuitively lead us in all circumstances. When we can trust in our intuition, we can know where we need to focus our energy and attention. In fact, our own self-awareness can contribute to the mindset that we hold every single day!
Try your best to pay attention to what’s going on within you. If your body or mind is reacting to something in your external reality, there is always a reason for it.
Are there certain symptoms you are having? Is your stomach twisting when you think about going to the grocery store? Is there a thought that’s telling you to avoid a certain area in your town?
Allow your physical body to speak to you and guide you just as your emotions and feelings do. Whether your mind is telling you certain thoughts or your body is reacting to something or someone in a certain way, your entire being will work to guide you in a positive direction. Your intuition has your back and so does the Universe!
All we have to do is listen to our truth with trust in the silence and loudness of both our inner and outer worlds.
At first, meditating or separating a time in your day to connect with yourself can aid in your new learning process of creating a positive mindset. Crafting a habit, such as positive thinking, can take time and messing up is definitely a part of the process. In fact, positivity encourages mistakes!
Meditative music, quietness, as well as relaxing in a calm environment can help us re-connect and re-program with our physical bodies, especially during heightened times of stress. Any sort of sound will send frequencies through your physical body and into your entire self to create ease. After all, this time with the pandemic of the coronavirus is here to generate change, and the coronavirus can willingly act as a conduit for learning new things such as positivity. The more time and effort you allow yourself to put into positivity, the more you will notice from the outcome of this entire experience, which is impacting the entire world as a whole.
Observing and participating are two totally different things, which most of us already know. Yet, observing our own selves can be a super helpful tip towards maintaining a positive mindset. Observing our own feelings, emotions, and realities can be a tricky thing to accomplish, but it is the key to creating endless success in how we experience our lives.
When feelings or thoughts start to creep up on you, allow yourself to hear them and to feel them. Yet, at the same time, listen to your truth. If you are feeling a pit in your stomach about spending time with someone, feel the feeling and then ask your inner-self for greater clarity.
My stomach is twisted about seeing my old friend from High School. Ouch. *Pause, stop.* Why am I feeling unwell about this?
Observe what you are feeling and ask your inner-self for greater clarity before stepping in and taking action!
Here is another great example:
I’m feeling unwell about seeing an old friend. Why?*
Because there is hurt that is still lingering from the past.
Or I’m feeling unwell about visiting my father and his new wife in Utah. Why?*
Because my intuition is telling me that it is not going to serve my highest good.
Once you can observe your thoughts and feelings, you can understand their meaning. Then, you can act from a positive place while being in control of your reality. When we can be in charge of our realities while holding positivity and peace, our emotions and feelings can act as guides to assist us rather than heavy emotions that disrupt us.
During this time of craziness, feel your feelings and your thoughts and try your best to let them guide you towards positive transformation. Fear and chaos do not need to consume us. But, they can show us how we are transforming and evolving as spiritual beings.
With all of these tips on remaining positive, the utmost thing we can all do is to follow a positive mindset through positive affirmations. When there is chaos ensuing in our world, speaking words of positivity and grounding ourselves in a positive place can make a huge impact!
An awesome affirmation that can ground you back into yourself through re-connecting you with your own truth is….
I am safe, and all is well in my reality.
All is well in my heart, and I am growing.
The Universe has my back, and all is well in my world.
All is well, and I am growing and changing through this Universal transformation.
