I think you’re a dreamer. Yes, that’s right. I believe that, at the heart of it all, you love to dream. And, as you dream, you create. Maybe you don’t or haven’t tried to manifest those dreams in your physical reality (yet), but I still believe that you are a dreamer.
And, for the purpose of this blog post, let’s choose to speak positively about ourselves through honor. Let’s choose to define ourselves as dreamers, despite all of those silly doubts that might be running around in our heads.
It sure is. And, as a dreamer, you can believe and achieve anything that you set your mind to. You are powerful, in-charge, and have the source of truth to create anything in the entire world. It seems like when we think of our “dreams,” we think of what happens when we sleep. Or, we think of the imaginal world that is created in our head from our thoughts, emotions, and ideals. But, I’d like to think that our dreams are so much more than that.
Maybe…
But, our dreams are not just our fantasies, and they are not just a collection of ideas and thoughts that are curated into a beautiful landscape within. Our dreams are our creations. And, our creations – whether they are in our hearts, our minds, or in our physical reality – are very much real. The curation of our dreams in our physical reality starts through the connection we have with our heart. And, then – it grows. It grows into something magical. It becomes something that has been carefully caressed by our own imagination, and something that desires to be birthed into existence.
What a great question.
In this blog post, we will go over five wonderful reasons of how you can manifest all of your dreams. Beginning within and birthing into this wonderful world for you to experience.
Think about the dreams or experiences that you have created in your life. What or where are they rooted? In other words, why did you create those experiences in your life? Every experience in life seeks to assist us with creating, becoming, and learning as we grow and walk along our life paths. Some dreams are simply to just have fun. While, other dreams, are to learn how to open our hearts up to new types of love. Every experience that we have is there to gift us with new surprises, with inspiring life lessons, and with opportunities for growth and pure happiness.
However, before we can consciously create our dreams in our physical world, we have to begin by creating and setting an intention.
Intention is everything.
In your dreams while you sleep at night, you might have a dream of being wildly successful as that new craft you’ve been seeking to accomplish. When you wake up in the morning, you might just feel really good. And, perhaps, that dream was created by you so you can begin to develop confidence in yourself as you step out of your comfort zone. Or, rather, if you have a dream about facing a scary monster, maybe that dream’s intention was to show you that it’s safe for you to confront the scary and silly beliefs inside of you.
Every dream has an intention – and that intention is there for you to learn, to grow, and to manifest dreams that fulfill your heart’s desires.
Once you have created your intention and feel ready to manifest your dreams into your reality, it’s time to begin the inner-work! Here are five great tools for manifesting your dreams.
You are never alone – not in any creation that comes your way. It may sound silly because, a lot of the time, we do feel like we are alone. After all, our Higher Self is within us and within some other etherial reality. However, despite feeling as if we are alone, we are very much surrounded by endless and inspiring amounts of love. And, our Higher Selves wish to experience life with us, and to create beautiful experiences of learning and growth with us.
So, what are you waiting for? Grab your notebook, grab your pen, and write away! Tell your Higher Self everything that you want to create, talk about your fears and your heightened moments of joy, express what you truthfully want to experience, and just allow them in. Along with your power, they have power. And, in their power and devotion to the growth that you both curate together, there can be a reactive experience of magic that is birthed into your world. A magic that, perhaps, you have never experienced before.
You never know what your Higher Self may want to create – with you, together. You may express one thing, and they might choose to sprinkle a bit of magic and joy and love all over it (with your permission, of course). How fun would it be to just…be surprised by them through our life experiences? I think that’s a pretty cool way to create, to learn, and to grow.
Breathe some love and openness on it (literally), and then, place it under your mattress, under your bed, or even under your pillow. If that doesn’t feel right to you, you could try placing it on your nightstand next to your bed. However, I think it is so valuable to place the letter in a place near us, but hidden – so we can allow our minds to step away, allowing our Higher Self to gift us with surprises. When we enter a sleep state, we enter into a time and space that connects us with the Divine that we may feel disconnected from during the day. The energy of this note – this small but powerful letter – can be infused in our sleep and the inner-work can begin!
This kind of sounds like a silly suggestion, but it’s true. Our closets represent a lot of wonderful things in our life. And, when we cleanse them out, we are cleansing out the old! How can we bring in the new if there’s a bunch of old stuff harboring our energy, time, and love?
Allow yourself to go into your closet, and look at all of the items that are in there. Analyze your clothes and your shoes, and feel into your heart. Ask yourself – do these shoes and these clothes represent the person I am wishing to become? Will these items help me fulfill all of my wildest dreams?
Allow yourself to ask the hard questions, and then, walk on forward with newness being invited into your life. You can, also, use crystals. Place certain crystals that represent the energy you are wishing to bring into your life in your closet. Allow them to stay there for three days to infuse new energy into your closet and your clothes.
Any type of ritual intended for cleansing and renewing can be beneficial as we clear out our closets.
As we go throughout our lives, we are constantly dreaming and creating in our minds. We create stories and ideas, we create business ideas, we create concepts and assumptions, and we even just…create thoughts. But, as we create those ideas and concepts within, they become logged within our subconscious and unconscious minds. And…
When we go to bring in new energy, new dreams, and new ideas, the energy within our minds and even in our hearts tend to take up space. And, it can be kind of challenging for us to allow our deepest desires into our lives. If there was an ex you were wishing to re-connect with, your brain may be programming for that. And, when you go to let the new in, it might not happen right away because…you’re waiting for the old. Or, you might bring in people that represent the energy of your past.
However, if we can cleanse out those thoughts and dreams and desires, we can open up our hearts and our minds to create the dream that satisfies whom we are in the moment of now along our path. How cool would it be to actually create the dreams that satisfy our highest good? I think it would be incredible, awesome, and inspiring.
One of the most common blockages that comes up as we manifest our dreams is the fact that we have fear. Monsters are scary, people are even scary sometimes, and there are a lot of crazy things out there. However, we all are used to the fear and the scary things that we see. But, what about love? Sometimes, I like to think that we are afraid of what might happen if our dreams actually did come true.
Allow yourself to pull out some paper and a pen, and write down what you’re afraid of. If you did manifest your dreams, how would your life change? What would happen to you? How would you feel? Write it all down, and discover everything that’s happening. In this, you can realize what might be holding you back from allowing the process to unfold.
And, then – once you’re done – burn it! Holding onto the paper that holds our fears about manifesting our dreams might not be the best thing. If you can, go outside in a fire pit or in a controlled space, and burn your journaled notes.
This is probably one of the hardest steps with manifesting your dreams, but it’s totally true. Have you ever just said – I want this, and then…let it go? As if it never happened, as if you didn’t care, as if – it was finished? It can be really hard to surrender to the process, but it’s one of the most powerful tools when it comes to manifesting our dreams.
Take the steps of deciding your intentions, creating it in your mind (if you’d like), and even write a letter to your Higher Self. And, then choose to trust in the process and know that all of your creations will just come to you. They will surprise you as you walk along your life path. Your Higher Self knows you better than anyone and wants to love you with ominous amounts of joy and love and compassion. So, let them in! They know you, they want to give to you, and they’ve got your back.
So, give it your all, try your best, and release it. Breathe it out, and just continue on with your life…as if nothing happened. Control seems like our friend, micromanagement seems like our buddy, and obsession can be fun. But, how can we allow our creations to birth into the world if we’re suffocating them?
You are safe, you are loved, and everything is – somehow – magically, working out for you. Trust in that.
These are my top five tools for manifesting dreams, but there are millions of ways to accomplish your dreams out there. Keep going, keep flowing, and allow your way to be the way. You’ve got this!
